Your 4 year old “little angel” will… Experience a warm welcome as they meet or reunite with friends on an action packed journey of learning Be reassured and gently guided as needed to manage emotions and develop independence Move through a variety of stimulating activities framed by a structured routine within the context of play Engage in creative expression through language, art, music and movement Navigate social interactions with peers guided by kindness, tolerance and respect for others Heighten their literacy awareness through language rich activities including children’s literature, personal narrating, role-playing and phonemic games Explore the Spanish language with weekly lessons guided by our puppet…”Boca Bird” Learn and review carefully planned readiness skills such as shapes, numerals (counting and formation), letters (sounds and formation), calendar and seasonal themes Reinforce math concepts using manipulatives to demonstrate sorting, number values, patterns, shape attributes, graphs and more Examine daily science topics through hands-on experiments, presentation, shared discussions and predicting outcomes Acquire an understanding of numerous social studies topics such as historical events, community living and more Reinforce fine motor skills through various media as well as practice writing full name, letters and numerals Be encouraged to develop imaginative narrations using stories, puppets and peer play scenarios Understand above all that Learning is Fun!
